Therefore , a double transfer where SC buys your vehicle (transfer in) and then sell it back to you (transfer out) with a renewed COE is required.
For example, your COE is expiring on 12/05/19, but you choose to do an early COE renewal in March:
You will be taking MARCH PQP amount
– Your New COE will start 01/04/19 (first day of April) and expire on 31/03/29 (last day of March) instead of 12/05/29
– You will have to inform us by the 3rd week of March that you are taking MARCH PQP
– You will have to arrange & drop by our office within the next 3 working days to renew your COE before the month ends
